Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the 'Terms') set forth the conditions for using aijobs (the 'Service') between users and the Service operator (the 'Operator'). Please use the Service only after agreeing to these Terms.

Article 1 (Application)

  1. These Terms apply to all relationships between the user and the Operator.
  2. Individual regulations, guidelines, and notices posted by the Operator on the Service form part of these Terms.
  3. In case of conflict between these Terms and individual regulations, the individual regulations take precedence.

Article 2 (Definitions)

In these Terms, the following terms have the meanings set forth below:

  1. 'User': An individual who agrees to these Terms and registers for the Service.
  2. 'Service': The website 'aijobs' operated by the Operator and all services provided through it, including AI photo generation, entry sheet (entry sheet) generation, resume generation, interview question prediction, email composition, etc.
  3. 'Generated Content': Images, text, and other outputs generated by AI using the Service.
  4. 'Uploaded Images': Facial photos uploaded by users for AI photo generation.
  5. 'Credits': Virtual payment units used within the Service (1 JPY = 1 cr).
  6. 'Monthly Plan': A subscription that provides a fixed amount of credits monthly for a fixed monthly fee.

Article 3 (Account Registration)

  1. Use of the Service requires account registration in the manner specified by the Operator.
  2. Users shall provide true and accurate information at registration and promptly notify the Operator of any changes.
  3. Minors using the Service require the consent of a parent or guardian.
  4. Once registered, accounts belong exclusively to the user; transfer, lending, or sale to third parties is prohibited.

Article 4 (Service Content)

The Service provides the following 12 features:

  2. AI entry sheet (Entry Sheet) Generation
  3. AI Resume Generation (JIS standard)
  4. AI Interview Question Prediction
  5. AI Job-Hunting Email Composition
  6. AI Self-PR Generation
  7. AI Industry Research
  8. AI PPT Generation
  9. AI Multilingual Translation
  10. AI LinkedIn Optimization
  11. AI Headshot (Global / 4 Western styles)
  12. AI Schedule Management

Article 5 (Fees and Payment Methods)

  1. Use of the Service requires the purchase of credits or a Monthly Plan.
  2. The credit unit price is 1 JPY = 1 cr, and the credit consumption for each service is as stated on the Service's product pages.
  3. Payment methods are limited to credit card payments (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB) provided by PayPal
  4. Payment is made upon completion of the purchase procedure, and credits are granted immediately after payment is complete.
  5. Users cannot request refunds for fees paid to the Operator, except in cases specified in Article 11.

Article 6 (Credit Validity and Expiration)

  1. The validity period for purchased credits is 180 days from the date of purchase.
  2. Free credits (200 cr) granted at registration are permanent as long as the account is active.
  3. Credits granted through the Monthly Plan are valid until the end of the month following the grant month, and will automatically expire after the period.
  4. If the account is deleted, all remaining credits will expire.

Article 7 (Important Notes on the Nature of AI-Generated Content)

  1. Generated Content output by the Service is automatically generated by AI (large language models and image generation AI), and the Operator does not warrant its accuracy, usefulness, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement of third-party rights, or anything else.
  2. Users shall verify and edit Generated Content at their own responsibility before using it for job-hunting activities or other purposes.
  3. The Operator assumes no responsibility for any results (employment, rejection, interview results, evaluations, etc.) arising from the use of Generated Content.
  4. Due to the nature of AI image generation, the generated image may not show the same person's face as the Uploaded Image. Users understand this and may generate multiple times until satisfied (within the limits permitted by the Service).

Article 8 (Prohibited Acts)

Users must not engage in the following acts in connection with the use of the Service:

  1. Registering false information
  2. Using another person's account
  3. Using another person's facial photo as an Uploaded Image (portrait rights infringement)
  4. Using a celebrity's facial photo as an Uploaded Image
  5. Commercial use, resale, or redistribution of Generated Content (personal use for job-hunting activities is permitted)
  6. Infringing third-party rights through Generated Content
  7. Using automated means (bots, scripts, etc.) to misuse the Service
  8. Interfering with the operation of the Service
  9. Reverse engineering, extracting source code, or otherwise analyzing the Service's technology
  10. Infringing the intellectual property rights of the Operator or third parties
  11. Defaming the reputation or credit of the Operator or third parties
  12. Violating laws or public order and morals
  13. Any other act deemed inappropriate by the Operator

Article 9 (Rights to Uploaded Images and Generated Content)

  1. Copyright in Uploaded Images belongs to the user.
  2. Copyright in Generated Content belongs to the user as consideration for the Operator's performance of obligations relating to the use of the Service. However, the Operator does not warrant that the Generated Content does not infringe the rights of third parties.
  3. The user consents to the Operator using Generated Content in a manner that does not identify individuals for service improvement and statistical analysis.

Article 10 (Measures Against Prohibited Acts)

If the user violates Article 8, the Operator may take the following measures without prior notice:

  1. Demand to cease the violating act
  2. Temporary suspension of the account
  3. Permanent suspension and deletion of the account
  4. Confiscation of remaining credits
  5. Legal action

Article 11 (Refunds and Cancellations)

  1. Due to the nature of digital services, refunds and cancellations are generally not possible after purchase.
  2. However, full refunds will be issued in the following cases: - Clear technical failure of AI generation (e.g., no image generated) - Double billing of credits - Service unavailability due to Operator's service suspension
  3. Refunds are generally made via PayPal to the original credit card. Processing may take approximately 7 business days.
  4. Mid-term cancellation of the Monthly Plan is possible, but cancellation applies only to charges up to the day before the next renewal date, and no refund will be made for the current month.

Article 12 (Data Deletion)

  1. Upon account deletion, the Operator will delete all data related to the user. Deletion may take up to 30 days.
  2. Deletion includes account information, generation history, Generated Content, and Uploaded Images.
  3. Information required by law to be retained (such as payment information) will be retained only for the period specified by law.

Article 13 (Disclaimer)

The Operator assumes no responsibility for damages incurred by the user due to the following reasons:

  1. Natural disasters, war, riots, or other force majeure
  2. Communication line or computer failures
  3. AI model output quality issues
  4. Failures due to the user's device, browser, or network environment
  5. Acts of third parties (including service suspensions of payment processors, AI providers, etc.)
  6. Damages incurred by users allowing third parties to use Generated Content
  7. Other reasons not due to the Operator's intent or gross negligence

Article 14 (Service Suspension and Changes)

  1. The Operator may suspend or change all or part of the Service in the following cases: - System maintenance or inspection - Difficulty in providing the Service due to natural disasters or other force majeure - Service suspension by subcontractors (AI providers, payment processors, etc.) - Other cases deemed necessary by the Operator
  2. When changing the Service content, the Operator will notify users at least 7 days in advance.

Article 15 (Termination of Contract)

  1. Users may terminate this contract at any time by deleting their account.
  2. The Operator may terminate this contract and delete the account without prior notice if the user violates these Terms or the Operator determines it is necessary for operation of the Service.

Article 16 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

  1. These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of Japan.
  2. In the event of a dispute between the user and the Operator relating to the Service, the Tokyo District Court shall be the exclusive court of first-instance jurisdiction.

Article 17 (Changes to Terms)

  1. The Operator may change these Terms in any of the following cases: - The change conforms to the general interests of users - The change does not contravene the purpose of the contract, and is reasonable in light of the necessity of the change, the appropriateness of the changed content, and other circumstances relating to the change
  2. When changing these Terms, the Operator will notify users at least 7 days before the effective date of the revised Terms via the Service or email.
  3. If the user continues to use the Service after the effective date of the revised Terms, the user is deemed to have agreed to the revised Terms.
