8. Fees Other Than Product Price
- Communication costs: Internet connection fees and other communication costs incurred when using the Service are borne by the user.
9. Payment Methods
- Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB) - Payment processor: PayPal
- PayPal (USD / EUR / JPY / CNY / RUB) - For global job-hunting headshots, etc.
10. Payment Timing
- Credit purchase: Payment is made immediately upon completion of the purchase procedure.
- Set plans: Payment is made immediately upon subscription.
11. Service Provision Timing
The Service is provided immediately upon completion of the purchase procedure (credits are granted and various AI generation features become available).
12. Returns, Cancellations, and Refunds
- Due to the nature of digital services, returns, cancellations, and refunds after the completion of the purchase procedure are generally not accepted.
- However, full refunds will be issued in any of the following cases: - Clear technical failure of the Service (no Generated Content obtained) - Double billing or other billing errors exceeding the regular price - Full service suspension by the Operator preventing use of credits
- Refunds are generally made via PayPal to the original credit card.
- Refund processing may take up to 7 business days.
- See the separate 'Cancellation and Refund Policy' for details.
13. Mid-term Cancellation (Set Plans)
- Credit purchases are one-time only; the concept of mid-term cancellation does not apply (purchased credits are valid for 180 days).
- Set plans purchased as a lump sum cannot be returned after payment is complete.
14. Cooling-off
- The Service does not fall under 'door-to-door sales' (Article 9), 'telephone solicitation sales' (Article 12), 'specified continuous service provision' (Article 15), or 'business opportunity誘引 sales transactions' (Article 20) of the Specified Commercial Transactions Act, so the cooling-off provision does not apply.
- However, in cases falling under Section 12, refunds will be made at the Operator's discretion.
15. Operating Environment
The operating environment required to use the Service is as follows.
- PC: Windows 10 or higher, macOS 12 or higher with the latest Chrome / Edge / Safari
- Smartphone: Safari on iOS 16 or higher, Chrome on Android 11 or higher
- Communication: Broadband connection recommended
- Other: JavaScript and Cookies must be enabled
※ We do not guarantee that the Service will work perfectly in all environments.
16. Other Notes
- The Service is available in 10 languages (Japanese, English, Chinese, Korean, Spanish, French, German, Portuguese, Russian, Arabic).
- Prices displayed on the Service are subject to change without notice. Changed prices apply from the time they are posted on this page.
- The Service does not engage in any of the prohibited acts specified in Article 14 of the Specified Commercial Transactions Act.
- Disputes relating to the Service shall be governed by the laws of Japan, and the Tokyo District Court shall be the exclusive court of first-instance jurisdiction.
